Really difficult to get in contact with them since they never answer the phone calls. The fiscal address is incorrect, so it is more difficult to get in touch with the in person.
Having worked with numerous property managers across different states, I can confidently say this company stands out as the most consistent and helpful. They manage my property with care and professionalism, allowing me to feel completely at ease without the need for constant oversight. I highly recommend their services.
Maggie is an OUTSTANDING property manager. She is extremely thoughtful and answered all of my questions. She walked us through the process and always was available. Great company with great customer service. I would highly recommend if you find yourself becoming a landlord to go with Alliance!
I was in a surprising situation recently with the rental I was previously in, and needed to move very quickly. Michelle worked with me diligently to get us into the exact home I was interested in - and even though there was a few bumps along the way (on my end) she made it happen! Here's the situation: my husband gets a job in a different town. I want to sell, he wants to rent. Since I'm a wonderful wife, I decide to indulge him and I speak with three different property management companies in order to gauge how it all works.
