We hired Dana Ballard a YEAR ago to perform an inspection on our home. He was paid \$300 for a report he has NEVER furnished us. He repeatedly promised the report and then always had an excuse for a delay. Now, he does not return phone calls or emails. Our construction project is complete, so its too late to have another inspector take over, as the walls are closed and the mechanical components cannot be looked at. This man is unprofessional and untrustworthy. He should have his license revoked.
