Where to begin, first moving into a dirty duplex, ridden with spiders a bugs, mold, really dirty smelly carpet. When we moved in it was deemed uninhabitable by Manhattan codes and services AFTER a lease was signed and after the property manager swore up and down that it was fine. We called code services and they said it was in bad shape and even gave us free to use lawyers. He said he deals with Alliance a lot in a negative way.
