Trying to get in touch with u. The number on site not working
Very disappointing experience. We used to have a great technician Rawshawn but since he left, the experience with this company completely changed. This past winter appointments kept being scheduled without approval and emails went unanswered. I requested in writing that my appointment be canceled, yet a technician still showed up and accessed our property anyway. Extremely satisfied with the service I get from Alliance. They are on time, remind us when they'll be there ahead of time, and our technician George Speidel is the best. Super knowledgable, explains things to me (novice homeowner), and is just a nice dude. Great representative of the Alliance brand. I have had the umbrella coverage for about a year and have no plans to make a change.
We have been using Alliance for a few years now are very happy with the service. Our technician Sean is very knowledgeable and thorough. He always takes his time and makes sure to address any concerns we have of which I’m very thankful for!
