Owner Chris O****, installed a garage door for me in November of 2020, I was obliged to call him to come and fix a clanking/popping noise the runners made during operation, the first time he was scheduled to come out he didn't show up, the second time he did show up he was disgruntled and told me "It just needs oil" he oiled it but this didn't help.
