Front office nice, but technician, must had a bad day,"no greeting" did introduce themselves, point to bed and did help laying down or getting up, very old and have severe back problems.
DOESN'T DESERVE ONE STAR. I was put into an MRI machine, no ear plugs, no call button, Before I had a chance to ask, the Tech left the room. NEVER ONCE did she talk to me during the 45 scan. I was shaking and crying by the time it was done. This place is old and seems to do more x-rays than anything else; they definitely are not trained to do an MRI. BTW, the changing room had NO LOCKER. There was a safe box that would you buy at Wal-Mart. Couldn't fit purse, hand to jam in & stuff clothes on top. THEN, I locked it, and as s... read more
I had a great experience. The front office staff was helpful and funny and helped my son relax. The tech was professional and helped ease anxiety. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
This place is soooo bad. We got here at 8:30 am. Nobody but us at the waiting area. Took forever to verify inssurance. Persons that got here after we did went in and out first. It's 1030 and we still here. Worst service ever.
BAD BAD - the radiologist is actually in Oklahoma and gave an incorrect report on my CT Scan Where do you report QUACKS??
I went to Imaging Solutions of Tulsa today for a CAT Scan. The Technician had a wonderful bedside manner. He explained the entire process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I give them a 5 for customer service!
Very good experience, but only with the very capable and professional services by my Technician Jodie. Very nervous for my full brain scan, and was ready to leave after 15 seconds. But Jodie helped me find a way to bare the noise and my claustrophobia. Also recommend the "open" MRI over the closed MRI for brain scans. Although not completely "open", it was much better than the closed MIRs I have endured in the past.
Don't get in a hurry for results. Takes what seems like forever. NO COMPASSION!!!!!!! Will not do any thing to help get quicker results.
