Doctor Jean is very nice and informative. Place is always very clean and great customer service.
El Doctor Jean Rodney muy atento y profesional con sus pacientes. Ya tengo más de 1 año visitando su consultorio y siempre limpio, atento y profesional. No hay queja alguna.
Pleasant staff. Clean and well maintained environment with lots of space. Dr Rodney is pleasant, approachable and very thorough with his questions and examination. He listens carefully and allow patients' input when making decisions for care. I was seen within 5 min of my appointment. It is also very convenient to have lab work done on site, instead of having to go to another institution.
Do not trust this organization. I made an appointment for 10:20 and got my test at 11:45. Waiting in a parking lot outside in the middle of the high sun. The staff did not take proper care of the materials often dropping test bags on the floor and throwing trash on the ground. My email messages were ignored and my requests not addressed. Very poor customer service. Most frustrating part, they guaranteed results in 30 minutes for a rapid test.
