Lindsey no show for a meeting made for application project emailed me sent application new apt some on line cheaper when got hold me said no more those to rent the others 250 more studio I said no and don’t run credit week later she ask again I said no and ran credit I called said credit screen not refunded boss Julie said it will be refunded totally wrong another way to make her look like she doing job on my expense they also rented to Korean assoc first that took project base apt cheaper think about it before deal w them

I have worked with AMI as one of their vendors for many years. While I cannot speak directly from the perspective as a tenant, I know, see, and hear what goes on day-to-day and have developed relationships with every single one of their property managers and their corporate management team. They are extremely professional and care about the tenants that live at their properties. Give them a call if you ever need assistance or have trouble!

Alliance Management is typical for a large corporate management company. They nickel and dime you for everything they can think of and more. Charges like "Administration fees" and with holding deposits for "cleaning fees" on spotless properties. I would not recommend renting from them.
