Management and repairs have gotten much better!! The AC has still not been replaced and I am still paying over $160 a month in a 60 square foot apartment for my electric bill. I am still hot having the AC set at 70 and at my home I would set it at 78 and be comfortable. $80 electric bill in a 1200 square foot house. If this was replaced I would give the apartments 5 stars!! I moved here on May 1st. The AC did not work for almost a month. The repair man kept coming and saying he fixed it and did not!! I moved here on May 1st. The AC did not work for almost a month. The repair man kept coming and saying he fixed it and did not!! It took my dog having 2 seizures on a very hot weekend to get someone else out to fix it!! The AC water kept backing up in my kitchen and the repair man said of I will figure it out and you need to clean it up. I had to put blankets and towels down over and over. My hot water heater kept going out because of the AC water overflow. I would call management and they were so rude!! The website says 24 ... read more
