We used Alliance for our office and our school building. At first, they were great to deal with, and then they just stopped showing up, and when we spoke with Chad, the owner, he claimed that it was a "one-time issue." It continued to be an issue for three weeks, and when we notified Chad that we would be canceling our service he told us that he was okay with that because we were acting"weird."
