I ordered the part their website said I needed, paid $22 rip off shipping prices, only to find out the website provided the wrong part. When I asked about replacement, they said they couldn’t do anything except return the item, no refunded shipping or discount on shipping for the correct part. Staff was rude to add insult to injury. Save yourself some grief and order replacement parts from a third party. This place makes their money on overpriced shipping and providing you with the wrong information.
Came to pick up a part and they close at 4 and gogle says at 5 a lady came to the door and she didn't help me very bad customer service
Worst place to buy parts. Slow. Why are they not open for in person transactions 4 years after covid. Have to order online and wait 3 days to get a call for pick up.
Company behind speed queen laundry machines. Cantacted them for service several times. They normally do not respond within their clain that they will respond withing 24hours. Then when they do, their responces are absoutly usless, never helpfull. Their sugestions are always call a technician. Idiots, I am the technician, but your garbage equiptment is the problem. So my suggestion is, when you see anything related to ALLIANCE LAUNDRY SYSTEMS , run away. Thank you Scott for wasting my time.
