I purchased a commercial washing machine and the change box came with only 1 key. I have been trying to order a duplicate key for several months now. I leave messages but have only gotten a call back once, and the woman who answered hung up in the middle of my reply.

I ordered the part their website said I needed, paid $22 rip off shipping prices, only to find out the website provided the wrong part. When I asked about replacement, they said they couldn’t do anything except return the item, no refunded shipping or discount on shipping for the correct part. Staff was rude to add insult to injury. Save yourself some grief and order replacement parts from a third party. This place makes their money on overpriced shipping and providing you with the wrong information.
