This place is worse then terrible. They leave there clients wet for 24 hours. The staff doesn’t show up. Then threaten there patients, with nursing homes because there staff doesn’t show up. They are unprofessional and they are not equipped to take care of anyones loved ones.
Company may have provided good service in the past but recently have made promises to local physicians they had no intention of keeping and not paying staff is at the top of the list
If I could give a no star I definitely would. This company does not supply supplies that are ordered. Discriminate against individuals that are on Medicaid. Tell me, How a nurse can come into the house of another human being and not provide the care for that individual needing to heal? I would never work for a company that can not supply supplies that are needed to provide appropriate care. As a healthcare professional myself, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
