Sadly this company seems to have lost its' way. I don't know what is wrong with this company in Arkansas, but the various departments have NO idea what the other departments do or are doing. Dr's office submitted a prescription, they said they needed another more detailed one, only the folks that actually handle it said it was fine, while the other department insisted they had contacted my Dr's office multiple times to get a new one; my Dr's office was never contacted. Alliance Home Care has earned my gratitude and total respect. Previously I was doing business with another company in Little Rock and I was fed up with their attitudes, business actions and less than honest dealings. Called to see if I could get catalog for walker with wheels and seat (SINCE THEY ARE NOT USER FRIENDLY ENOUGH TO SHOW ANY ON THEIR WEBSITE-NOT EVEN SO MUCH AS A BRAND) but they do not have any per person on phone. Not any help at all - going elsewhere... Just a little product knowledge here could go a long way.

I’ve read some of the reviews on this site. Undoubtedly, the negative reviews caught this supplier on a very bad day or those posting the review were having a bad day themselves. I have always had superior service from the NLR office and when the occasion called for me to go to the LR location, they have been great too. I recommend them.
