I called late in the day and yet they still made my job a priority and were able to come out within the hour to look at my air conditioner and begin work to resolve it. Eric explained the issue to me in detail and had the necessary parts available to fix the problem right away. I was very pleased with my experience working with Alliance Heating & Cooling.
Eric was very knowledgable in what he does, and was able to explain the why behind the what. He did the job well, and was very nice.
Eric was able to come on out on a weekend at normal week day rate. Very courteous and prompt. Professional appearance. Very knowledgeable.
When our outside AC unit stopped, it ended up needing replaced. We got quotes from several companies, including replacing just the outside unit to the full system. Eric from Alliance gave 3 options and explained the pros/cons of each. Alliance was competitively priced, very professional, informative, used quality equipment & had financing too. I think they may have been a little over priced but he was able to fix my problem very promptly and he was courteous.
Eric was very knowledgeable and polite.
My furnace stopped working and I checked the website. Alliance called me immediately. I was able to get an appt right after I finished working. He was very prompt and personable. He found the problem and fixed it. He had the part on his truck and he made sure it was working properly. I will be calling them again.
