My air conditioner went out the night before and we called Alliance Heating and Cooling the next day and they were very responsive. They were very detailed about the service that would be provided. The technician showed up and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The service he provided was “Priceless”. Greatly appreciated.

First check charge $150, stayed only less than 15 min, refused to go to the attic, and was not able to identify all the problem. Follow up calls not responsive, saying will send someone but never call back and never send anyone. We waited for two weeks and found another HVAC company, which came in check the problem for free, no problem at all climbing up the attic, fix the problem within one week. Huge difference in service quality.

My unit was not working for a while and then Alliance heating and cooling came in and after about 45 seconds looking at the condenser the issue was located. Great service highly recommend.
