I was in the parking lot desperately yelling at my senile mother not to cross the busy 3 lane road. When the owner himself busts out of the door and tells me to "shut the F**k up!" Very very disrespectful.

This is my 2nd Chiropractor ever so perhaps I should have been able to tell by the hours of operation, that they didn't accommodate employed people. And no one ever went over any "plan" with me about the number of visits required in the first couple of weeks, but when I was unable to make the recommended appointments, they changed their billing for me and refused to file with my insurance. This is the kind of thing that's important to go over during the initial 2 hour(!!) visit, and not when checking out with my daughter. Ba... read more
