This doctors office is horrible. I have been going there now for 6 months and every single month without fail i have to spend a week calling every day just to get my meds refilled. These are not the kind of meds a person can just go without, they are very aware of this yet when it’s time for refills I have to go thru HELL. I have never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism in my entire life!
I have seen several of the doctors at the Shelby location and they have all been really wonderful.
Love this clinic. The staff is awesome and I was seeing very promptly within five minutes after checking in. I highly recommend this clinic as your primary and family care needs. Thank you all for the amazing service.
