My family and I would like to thank the the Nurses, CNA's and the entire Alliance Marina Bay Quincy Staff for taking care of my dad (Les) during his stay at this rehabilitation facility. The staff was caring and did a great job taking care of my dad in his final days. This staff is doing "gods work" and thankfully there are people who go into this medical care profession. I have a family member in long term the staff is great but the facility should have landlines for resident. You have to install and pay yourself for landline with meidicare taking most of his check its ridiculous they dont have landlines plus most the residents are older & have trouble working cellphones if they can even afford cell service mediciare takes the check

Years ago my father was a patient here. Tge nurses were an A minus the doctors a B the cnas were NOT goid one cna tormented myself & my father when I visited daily, condescending & wanted ME to do her job. Nurses Clare & Allison were EXCELKENT but when my FATHER DIED , the head nurse said you can see him one more time. We expected him to be lying down eyes closed..instead my DEAD FATHER WAS SITTING UP EYES IPEN MOUTH OPEN STARING AT US. I tried to close his eyes with washcloth. Nope full rigor mortis.
