My mom has been a resident at Marina Bay Skilled Nursing for about 15 months now, and all of the staff have made it a very positive experience for her as well as all of our family. I had an exceptional experience at Alliance Health Skilled Nursing & Rehab @ Marina Bay. The staff was wonderful—always accommodating, courteous, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. The nurses were attentive and ensured I was comfortable and well cared for at all times. Worst place for rehab ever! No communication, good luck having anyone ever call you back. Lost items, unsafe discharge. Wouldn't send my pet to Alliance Marina Bay!
My mom was at Marina Bay back in May of 2004. The staff was so good to my mom. From the Nurses to the Nurse's Aides. My family and I felt comfort in leaving her in good hands!
My parents have stayed here, my mom twice and my dad once. My most recent experience with them caring for my dad without a doubt the best I've had. The director of nursing and the facility director were both very accessible and very responsive. My dad has been going through some really challenging times and their care and concern made all the difference in the world. Thank you Alliance Health at Marina Bay!!
