So, maybe you shouldn't advertise that you are "on call to react promptly to all of your plumbing emergencies." We had a plumbing emergency yesterday, a Saturday, and left a message. Called again today. No response. If you don't want to "react promptly" to emergencies, then maybe don't say that you do. We called another company that actually responded. We will call them next time too. So disappointed in your service levels.
Such an amazing small business they get to you promptly and the employees are always very professional! Great customer service would recommend them to anyone!
