Went to old location to use ATM. Sign on door state new location. ATM was up to go there. Back tracked to new location . New ATM wasn't up either. Had to use Commerce bank and pay their fee. Check you machines before putting signs out would help....
Superb staff, friendly and accessible. They are always willing to assist their customers. I'm sure this is a cultural attribute of this organization. However, my experience base is with the Ferguson, Mo. Branch on West Florissant.
