"THE BEST & FRIENDLY" WHEN I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THIS COMPANY,TRYING TO "SCAM ME" THEY FIXED! I COULDN'T HAVE PICKED A BETTER COMPANY! MY WHOLE FAMILY IS SIGNED UP WITH "ALLIANCE" WHEN MY HUSBAND NEEDED A LOAN,HE GOT IT WITH NO PROBLEM,HE'S BEEN WITH THEM FOR 47YEARS,SO THEY MUST BE "ALRIGHT" DON'T HAVE TO STAND IN LONG LINES LIKE THE BANK,EVERYBODY KNOWS YOU,& TREATS YOU WITH "RESPECT" I LOVE THAT!!! This credit union has some rude and stank staff ! Called the one in west florrissant and this lady, as it seems was talking to me with an attitude because I asked a handful of questions to make sure I had all the right info and I was doing things right, she still cruddy and wasn't Thats nice to talk to. Soon I called the one in Fenton to talk to a guy named Terry and he began to be rude to and didn't seem so nice to talk to and the JERK hung up and didn't say by or did he ask me if I had anymore questions. Great company with great values! Come on in and check us out!
Went to old location to use ATM. Sign on door state new location. ATM was up to go there. Back tracked to new location . New ATM wasn't up either. Had to use Commerce bank and pay their fee. Check you machines before putting signs out would help....
Just got a call from the risk management department that we have had a fraudulent card transaction. I really like that our credit union is on top of things! Very grateful for the way they treat us!
