DO NOT JOIN THIS CU. Applying for a car loan, they lost our paperwork. So we submitted it again. Then they lost copies of our licenses; submitted again. Then they lost copies of our insurance and started us on their own insurance; had to call insurance company and have them submit it again. Then, when I paid over the amount of payment due, they put the amount only on principle. THEN they sent us a late notice and charged us a fee!!! I had to call twice to get this mess straightened out. They do not send out payment reminders... read more
Alliance should be ashamed at the state of their online banking site and their terrible level of customer service!
Very difficult Bank to work with. I do not recommend this bank at all!
Horrible experiences EVERY TIME I go there. Some of the most incompetent staff I have ever met! How they manage to mess up simple transactions is beyond me. Oh and what bank places a hold on payroll checks when an Id and check stub is provided without informing the customer? There isn't even an after hours number or email you can call or write when they F*** your transaction up!
Best ever been with them for years , you won't go wrong , with Alliance Credit Union..... hard to beat....
