Went in to one of the locations today ta make a payment. After completing this transaction, I asked for change for $10. I was told "We can't do that" even though I had been a customer there for over 10 years! My account was closed for lack of service and backward banking practices, Don't waste your time trying to deal with this clueless mom-and-pop operation. Do business with a real bank.
If you want to actually USE the money in your account, when you want, this is NOT the bank for you. They do maintenance without warning which will cause your card to DECLINE even when you have money. Save yourself the embarrassment and find a better place to bank.
DO NOT JOIN THIS CU. Applying for a car loan, they lost our paperwork. So we submitted it again. Then they lost copies of our licenses; submitted again. Then they lost copies of our insurance and started us on their own insurance; had to call insurance company and have them submit it again. Then, when I paid over the amount of payment due, they put the amount only on principle. THEN they sent us a late notice and charged us a fee!!! I had to call twice to get this mess straightened out. Alliance should be ashamed at the state of their online banking site and their terrible level of customer service!
Very difficult Bank to work with. I do not recommend this bank at all!
