I have been a client for some time, I have set needs surrounding communication which cant be met, my needs ARE NOT met, I have a new coordinator in which I have just found out second hand and have so for weeks/months, I habe heard nothing from her in forms of communication they know I do not become overwhelmed with thus been lost. There is no support, my needs are an issue, I will be forwarding a formal complaint to head office then ombudsman, DO NOT waste your time with this provider as tbey do not provide.

Was booked for a interview on Microsoft this morning, no one showed up. Rang them and the person didn’t know what was going on nor what she was doing. Really rude over the phone. I would not recommend this company to work for nor have my loved one cared by. Totally unprofessional and lack of respect, empathy and compassion.
