Ross and I were very happy with our Alliance experience. Our technician, Aaron, was able to diagnose the problem with our aircon within minutes and efficiently serviced, cleaned and fixed the unit as well as offered advice about maintenance and prevention of mould formation. After cleaning the filters, he treated them with mould prevention spray. Aaron was polite, helpful and efficient- a delight to have in our home. He also said we could phone him any time should we need help. Very reassuring. Thank you Aaron.
