I lost my driving privileges without any communication. I have been a patient at this office for over 5 years, and I have never had a great experience. I have always waited 15+ minutes to be seen for my scheduled appointments, and I have never really felt taken care of. Just another patient on the list. She’s a good listener and we got right to the medical aspects of my sleep issues as well
I feel like I was really listened to, and Dr. McDonald made sure to consider my input, and included me in decisions regarding my treatment. We went over the appointment time, which was my fault, but I never felt I was being rushed out the door. We finished our meeting when both of us were ready.
