2.5 stars. I contacted the office Sunday last week on the hunt for a referral for a specialized therapist. I remembered my previous record with Dr. Forsythe and a previous receptionist, Connie, both of whom offered service that I would liberally recommend to anyone. Dr. Forsythe is energetic and her service was so refreshing and helped me through a really difficult time in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr.Nassar was ok but his receptionists constantly drag their feet with communication, honestly, and accountability and when confronted bull face lie after lie. I still have not received my refund from them for overpayment…I left as a patient in 2021. It’s 2024…Would Not Recommend

Dr. Nassar was a terrible experience for me. He never evaluated me. He only went off a diagnosis I didn’t agree with from a Dr. In a foreign country. He started me on medication without an assessment. I told him the pills made me feel terrible and he did little to address that. He charged exorbitant sums of money for a 12 minute zoom call (approximately $370+ for 8-12 minutes). I highly recommend finding a different Dr.
