I’ve been searching for a transfer case for my gl350. I found one on the alliance web sight, so I called to confirmed that it was available. Md was the rep I had, he was very knowledgable. With the vin number he was able to confirm availability and made paying over the phone super easy. I was able to schedule a pick up for the next day and I’m back on the road! Thank you again MD and I’ll be checking the website again when I’m looking for parts!

Worked with MD at Alliance to collaboratively get a part from another salvage yard, and they gave me customized solutions for obtaining good car doors for my Highlander. They followed through on promises and delivery and quality assurance. Very happy with the customer service and end product.
I ordered an alternator for my 2023 Nissan Altima and Alliance Auto Parts sent it out asap. I received the part when I got home off the road and discovered that the alternator was bounced around inside the box that it caused damage to the alternator, the bearing was gaulded and the casing was broken. I called Alliance and spoke with the guy who handled my original purchase and explained what had happened. He told me that he would make sure I got a refund.
