They showed up on time. And that is why they got 2 stars. The gentleman asked me for something to put the shattered glass in and I gave him an old tote, although I assume when performing work in whatever trade it is you work in, the people hired should come prepared to do the job at hand. I shouldn't have to provide anything other than payment. he continued to just shatter the window out, making glass FLY EVERYWHERE in my car (which my son sits in the back seat where the glass got the most), and he didn't clean anything up. ... read more
