A free apartment is great but if you get a job it's no longer financially viable to live here. Alliance and RS Eden really do care about residents here, its unfortunate the neighborhood is the way it is but that's not their fault. People take this place for granted and it's a shame.
Very much in a sketchy part of Minneapolis. People hanging out all over the place looking like they were strung out and standing in the street making it hard to pass by them to drive past them on the main street. However the security front desk attendant was very helpful. Parking is chaotic and there is handicapped parking on the side lot near their "courtyard"
Overall a safe, private place to call home however maintenance won't change a bulb or do basic repairs. Residents who intentionally cause problems can do so without consequence so hopefully you get decent neighbors. RS Eden and Aeon really do their best with what they're given.
