Overall a safe, private place to call home however maintenance won't change a bulb or do basic repairs. Residents who intentionally cause problems can do so without consequence so hopefully you get decent neighbors. RS Eden and Aeon really do their best with what they're given.

They didn't help me RS EDEN, not enough room in apartments for my stuff, high crime and shady area to be in didn't feel safe ni don't have a drinking or substance abuse problem, so it was not a good fit. Felt pressured to submit to background check and tenant screenings without knowing or understanding how the program works.
