5 stars We have been with this office for over 15 years. They’re the most amazing, compassionate, and thoughtful doctors, and staff you could ever take your pets to. They all have a heart of gold. I am very thankful we chose them for the care of our loving fur babies.
Dr. Mineo and the entire staff at Alliance are amazing and caring. I don’t trust my fur babies with just anyone and they really go above and beyond.
If anyone is unhappy with their current veterinarian, do not hesitate to switch to Alliance. I switched to them a short time ago and wish I would have done it a lot sooner. The doctors and staff are wonderful and the prices are within reason. I like the fact that there is more than one doctor and they have extended hours. I have met two of the doctors so far and both are kind, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else but Alliance Animal Hospital!
This place is awesome! A bit of a drive from Rochester (1 hr 15mins) but well worth it. I absolutely loved working with Dr Gray with my recent Litter (Jan 7, 2018) with Zoey. She is the most patient vet I have ever met and helped me through the whole process very calmly even when I was a bit crazy and unsettled at times. Renee her LVT is awesome to work with as well. I took my puppers yesterday d/t recent weight loss, drinking more than usual and Daycare stating her being “off” for a couple days. I didn’t see my usual vet. She was thorough, did an exam and a complete panel of bloodwork. Both the vet and vet tech said they would call today with results. Hadn’t heard so call tonight to inquire. Was told that the vet I saw left at noon and she’s the only one who can give me the results. Being a nurse, I know that any DVM can read results.
