Don't do it!!! I brought 2 of my dogs here & every time I came there was an issue or concern about them. They told me my female had a grade 3 heart murmur & I could not breed her & they advised i get her spayed. My last visit there was when they ran blood work without my concent & charged me for it. Then to find out it wasn't necessary. In meantime I went to another vet due to bad experience & my new vet told me that both of my dogs are perfectly healthy & neither one has a heart murmur. Dr. Mineo and her team took exceptional care of our cat after he battled a fisher. He's on the road to recovery thanks to their careful work, knowledge and patience!

We've had many ups and downs here but we have always been met with love and compassion. We've had our happy cat there for 11 years. Our puppy who they tried tirelessly to help with his aggression just snapped and they jumped into action to help - BE is never easy... And when our sweet little hamster developed a tumor they were there to help him cross peacefully to the rainbow bridge... We've met and worked with all the staff over the years. Each one is absolutely compassionate.
The techs and doctors at the Lancaster office are knowledgeable, caring, and very empathetic. My daughter's beloved bunny is old and unfortunately he is entering the end of life. The doctor was so understanding and sympathetic to my daughter, and offered us advice to keep him comfortable. I highly recommend to take your exotic animals here. We also bring our cats to the Williamsville office and have the same experience. We had a very sick little baby last summer and the techs and doctors took very good care of him.
