To begin this review, everyone here is very nice and friendly the customer service is great however the hair service is not so great. My 1st experience here was amazing, and exactly what I wanted. However, my last 2 experiences were a waste of money. I came here last week and asked for blue and purple streaks. I said I wanted there to be more purple showing than blue, and I wanted the brightest most vivid shades possible. Savannah (@savannahroseartistry on IG) did an amazing job on my hair! She took her time and checked in with me throughout the service to make sure I was happy. Definitely recommend her!
My older sister had to cancel a couple of times for recent hair appointments she had made with Becky due to being sick with Covid. Each time she notified the Salon that she needed to cancel and reschedule well in advance since she was still sick. Becky had the arrogant nerve to tell my sick sister that the next time in order to make an appointment with her she would have to pay in advance. Tried to make an appointment recently and the experience was so unprofessional. I was told by two different stylists that they didn't have the skill to do a basic layered haircut, the 2nd one said she'd ask others if they had the ability and time and let me know. Never heard back. I'm glad they admitted they couldn't do the cut, but this is not a difficult cut, and what salon worth its salt doesn't have a single stylist that can do a basic layered cut.
