Unfortunately, my son had some sort of episode. And ended up in this place located at 6507 S Santa Fe!! They refused to listen to me his next Of kin, as well as his mother. The therapist never returned my phone call so they can find out if there Was any mental health issues in the families? My first appointment to get set up with a psychiatrist was great, no issues there. I was told at this appointment I had an appointment scheduled on a Friday and they were going to pencil me in due to having issues with their scheduling system. I called to find out why I haven't had a email for appointment confirmation and found out I wasn't even scheduled. Nobody called to let me know. Did not go to the pharmacy, was there for intake for what I thought was going be the mental help, that I requested due to my failing health but was instead shoved into an intense alcohol treatment program instead. I made myself very clear when sighing up for the orientation on the phone as well as in person what my expectations I had from their services.
