I am not addressing the work done in my yard by **************** crew, they are excellent. My complaint involves the owner, *************************. I had a dispute over the 33.3% increase in my yard service which he attributed to gasoline prices. I paid him in advance the regular charge and included a letter explaining why I did not agree with the increase he was placing on me. I never got a response from him which is not uncommon.
