Completely unreliable. They will tell you one and not show up. And not call to tell you. I took off work to meet with them. Waited 3 hours. No show. I called twice waiting for them. I was told twice they would call right away. No call. I called Lawson Plumbing in Gainesville. I am sure they will do what they say they will do.

We requested for service and were assured that a service man would attend to us between 12-4pm today! Please attend to us and don't keep us on hold anymore!
Well my problem is this a year or so ago I had a new air conditioning system put in by ARS well little did I know but they sold out to ALL GOOD till I got a letter in the mail. So I called in 3 times now and ask are yall gonna honor my warranty that I bought the receptionist said she was pretty sure they would.She would have them call me or text me. But I have not heard a word not a text a message or a call they atleast could say no we aren't so I'm gonna say I personally will never use these new people. The others ARS hound... read more
I have never been so disrespected by customer service for Allgood. I had a service call with a very polite and professional service tech Mr Baxter on 2/7/2025. He advised they would have to order the part and should be able to install on Monday the 10th. They wanted 20% down. Paid. I had the best service when they were ARS. But Allgood is All bad.
