Had an appointment on Monday with expected arrival between 2-6pm. At six I called & their AI confirmed that someone was still coming. They never showed @ my father’s expense with his house registering @ over 90 degrees. I called the next day then was told I could get an appointment for next week. Unacceptable. Only Wednesday did someone reach out to get me scheduled for that day. (Maybe they had a cancellation) Regardless completely unacceptable. Wish I had read the reviews here and saved our time.,

I had 2 new ac units and 2 heating units put in a week ago, something start is going wrong with the downstairs unit, temperature set to 75 the house was at 87 for two days and nights, I made a appointment Sunday 7/19/26 8am-12pm, 2pm- 6pm no show no call, made appointments Monday 7/20/26, Tuesday 7/21/26 same times> was scheduled all three days same results no show.
