Technician from Allgood answered a service call.Instead of addressing the problem he concentrated on upselling additional equipment that did not address the problem.instead he disconnected sensors need to protect my ceiling from damage from water condensates from the unit and did not return calls asking for help to correct the problem that he not only did not help but made worse.He ghosted me and made no notes in the system to allow other tech to know what he had done.
