I purchased a new furnace and air conditioning unit from this company, and I have continued to experience problems since the installation. Although the system is less than a year old, they keep canceling my service appointments instead of resolving the issue. Their customer service and communication have been very poor. I paid over $15,000 for this system and still cannot get them to repair it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I file a complaint with thr Better Business Bureau and the State P Smith

Plumber caused a serious flood when installing a new hot water heater, they acted like it was no big deal. The contractors Serclean , masters of disaster were never on time, causing 4 months to get the job done. Never able to get in touch with anyone ever. Now I am unable to talk to anyone about payment. Stay away from all 3 of these companies

Tried to price gauge me the whole time he was here. $1100 to install a toilet. He changed his price 3 times when he was here and his service fee went up as he was here for “checking” things out. Terrible.
