I have called in 6 or 7 times and cannot get a response from the company. I canceled the HVAC pro service in June and noticed that they have still been billing my credit card every month after that. They keep telling me that they are escalating it to the accounting department to refund the charges and nothing happens. They have told me 3 times now that they have escalated it to the QA manager and the accounting department and that I would be getting a call back and they do not follow up or call back or do the refund. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! Service tech was scheduled to arrive at the home between 2 and 6 pm. Received text confirmation of appointment time. No technician showed or called. I reached out for 2 hours with escalation to supervisors and never received a call back or update. Waited until 7:50 pm and not one person ever called, text or responded multiple phone calls for update on time of arrival and no one showed up at the home to do repair. Worst customer service ever. Bad service. No one show up at appointment. 45' after appointment, I call the office to ask about technician status. They said they will call back to update but never received any call.
