Six and a half years ago we had All good replacement windows install in our home in Southwest Virginia. We had one window recently become stain or glazed between the inner panes. When Allgood was contacted, they said I needed to bring the window into the office to have the glass measured then ordered, then when the glass comes in, bring it back. This company is the worst. Their life time warranty is a joke. I will never deal with them again...ever. I would advise anyone looking for windows, siding or roofing, STAY AWAY from these folks. You will be lied to, deceived and very disappointed. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau so others can be informed of this terrible company and hopefully, not be taken advantage of. This company stinks. Please spread the word!
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!! Their customer service doesn't exist. There is none. There was a problem with our replacement window order, so I called them to try to work it out. The guy I talked with was totally not interested in talking with me. quick short answers. I asked if he would at least try to help me. His answer: I already did. I have a window that Allgood installed in 2009 , it is becoming cloudy , so I called Allgood. they said the warranty did not cover labor , I could take the window to them for repair (total of 580 miles all told) , Or , I could pay them close to $400.00 and they would come for the window !!! I do not remember them telling me that when I bought my windows ! The individual that I spoke to was very defensive and abrupt concerning this issue as if he was hiding something ! The worse customer service I believe I've experienced in a long time. They checked my credit even after I cancelled the transaction (within the 3 business days) and found a better deal.
My Mom had "lifetime replacement" windows installed by them 4 years ago at no small cost. Two windows have clouded and when Allgood was contacted they said they couldn't do anything because the "lifetime" warranty was from the manufacturer and that company was out of business. So beware of the limitations of their so called "lifetime" warranty. Zero stars to their warranty.
