I have been reading the reviews and I am astounded by them. We had Allgood do all our windows many years ago. They are still great! No problems whatsoever. I remember when the men came & set up equipment in our driveway & got to work. They didn't stop working all day. We are more than satisfied. I guess time changes everything. What a shame that the company has deteriorated so much that I cannot recommend them anymore. Sad.
They did work in Katy. Widened Morton road and took a year to do one mile. Road is not level and the drainage sucks. Also, they installed 2 - 5' culverts in our backyards and it is not level as water stands in them over a foot deep all the time. Shotty workmanship. Would not use them for any construction work!!!
We had them install new roof, siding and 13 windows on our house. The windows are not what we picked out. The gas between the panes was leaking out and fogging up windows. Now have mold or something black growing between the panes. The film is also deteriating. The windows won't lock either. The roof shingles have come loose and we have had to have someone fix them because they wouldn't come out and fix them. I even sent them pictures of the shingles in the air when the wind was blowing. This company doesn't even deserve a rating of "poor". They are so much lower than that. They put siding, gutters, storm doors and shutters on my house. The rep talks you into financing through their company-Empire Acceptance Company. They do not tell you that Empire puts a 2nd mortgage on your home and charges 12.99% for the loan. They do say oh, you can refinance through your bank just go ahead and set up the loan through us. In order for you to refinancing, Empire has to remove the 2nd mortgage label off the loan or other ... read more

I have 5 windows that are stained like rainbow in it,who do i call now,suppose to be lifetime warranty on them ?
Misleading warrante information from salesman that sold us the product. Be very cautious as I would not recommend this business and will not do business with them in the future.
Paid 5000 for Windows with a lifetime warranty.every year they have to put me new Windows in because the film is deteriating. Now the window company that made the Windows is out of business. Now they want me to pay to have someone measure glass b.s..
Beware!! quoted over 100% higher than all other companies that showed for quotes. Also tried to sell 29g metal roof when other quotes were 26g and instead of just accepting they were nowhere comparable in price to anyone else they tried to say 26g roofs leak and 29 is superior. so after some due diligence, found that it was a total lie. don't waste time with ease guys.
