All Gem made our custom designed rings beautifully. We are both so happy with the finished rings. Especially since we used a sentimental ring (my grandmas wedding ring) and our own provided sapphires. The design process was smooth and easy. Great communication, kept up to date on the process. We also felt welcomed as a same sex LGBTQ+ couple. Thank you again.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, would recommend to anyone for excellent service. Jason and Brendan helped me make my engagement ring for my partner and it came out perfectly (and she said yes!). Gets lots of comments, praise and its gorgeous to look at every time. I've brought family and friends to the store for valuations and repairs and have always had a great experience.
