We have been customers for over 14 years. We prepay for gas every August. We were late paying the tank rental (husband forgot). They have over $1,500 of our money on prebook gas but put a hold on our account over 50 something dollars. We are having lower temps and maybe snow this week. We use to have faith and trust with this company. Not any more.
The staff is friendly. But their actions is like they do not want new customers. Went in person to get information. Called 4 time to setup appointment for inspection for install, I was told they would call back and never did. Looking else where.
Was well pleased with install of two space heaters and new service! Installed Tank and went over any concerns I had! New customer and was satisfied with whole experience! Keep up the good work! KG
Great people and very professional
Horrible customer service. We have been without heat for over a week while temperatures outside have been in the teens. They said they would send someone today to refill our propane tank, but no one showed and no one called. Tried to call and leave a message for them but their voicemail is full. Imagine losing a customer of 20 years because you can’t be a business and actually do your job responsibly. Don’t waste your time and money with these people because they will not be there when you actually need them.
