I’m giving five stars because I’m very pleased with my tune up and my first stop in was perfectly pleasant and nice—the mechanic who worked on my bike was professional and kind while explaining some issues with my bike very clearly. My basic tune up was $105 and I really appreciated getting the “consultation” at the beginning—I’m still learning so it helps to understand what they’re doing, noticing, etc! I can’t say enough good things about this bike shop! I came in needing some repairs, and they went above and beyond to help me out. Kyle, in particular, was incredibly helpful—he genuinely cares about making sure you’re enjoying your bike, not just about making a sale. The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. On top of great service, they also have a fantastic selection of fun bike accessories to browse. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves to ride!
