We were referred to Alley by our pediatrician to get a nebulizer for our infant with severe breathing problems. The script was marked 'urgent', but the lady didn't seem like to care about helping us. She sent us back to our pediatrician for more paperwork, which he provided but said he had never had to do before with this company. We went back and waited for quite a while and then were told that they wouldn't be able to provide my sick infant with his nebulizer because of a lack of paperwork from his doctor.
