Cookie is awesome, but getting a response from a receptionist is impossible. If you leave a message they rarely call you back, somehow manage to not pull up all prescriptions even though you have been a patient for multiple years and ghost you. Then you are out of your medication for several days. I had to switch to a doctors office.
Cookie is a wonderful caring professional! I am waiting for a call back, but I have compassion. She lost her only son several months ago she needs her time to grieve and so does her receptionist/ husband. So I will patiently wait for my call back. God bless her and her practice

I'm only giving 2 stars because I genuinely think Cookie is a good person... otherwise this would be a 1 star review. I've had so many issues with this place which include 1) being ghosted by them during scheduled appointments, 2) late refills because they don't answer the phone or constantly forget to send refills to the pharmacy, 3) waiting over a month for them to fill out a medical form for work---- which still hasn't been provided to me.
