I just wish they were easier to get ahold of
I'm only giving 2 stars because I genuinely think Cookie is a good person... otherwise this would be a 1 star review. I've had so many issues with this place which include 1) being ghosted by them during scheduled appointments, 2) late refills because they don't answer the phone or constantly forget to send refills to the pharmacy, 3) waiting over a month for them to fill out a medical form for work---- which still hasn't been provided to me. I had a telehealth appointment scheduled for today at 2:30pm with Cookie. Nobody has called me yet or answered any of my 7 calls. I wasted an hour of sick leave trying to get ahold of them to no avail.
Cookie is a great listener and staff is on top of everything. Never had any issues with medications or the pharmacy.
