They made me lose my job all because when Stormont-Vail Works Center requested my documentation of my care through them they had no records for me. So I couldn't complete my Fit-For-Duty assessment and the doctor said he was going to email them and that they had to respond in order for me to continue to do my evaluation to get back to work but they couldn't even do that!!! I haven't had an actual office in as long as I can remember!!!
Cookie is awesome, but getting a response from a receptionist is impossible. If you leave a message they rarely call you back, somehow manage to not pull up all prescriptions even though you have been a patient for multiple years and ghost you. Then you are out of your medication for several days. I had to switch to a doctors office.
Cookie is a wonderful caring professional! I am waiting for a call back, but I have compassion. She lost her only son several months ago she needs her time to grieve and so does her receptionist/ husband. So I will patiently wait for my call back. God bless her and her practice
I just wish they were easier to get ahold of
