They keep u waiting. Sometimes for up to an hour. There are times when they are closed when it was a day they indicated as open. Simply understaffed and no direction.
Ever since this practice switched to Allervie the experience has been terrible. There are random early closures or days where they are not opened with zero communication. These are seemingly random as there is no pattern and they can happen anytime. Today I showed up for an allergy shot only to find the door locked and a sign on the door that they are closed today and tomorrow. The team at AllerVie Health was helpful during my appointment and they were the ones who suggested that I do bloodwork as further lab work to check if I still have the food allergies that I mentioned during the skin prick test. The main reason for my visit was to see if I am still allergic to a couple of foods.
