Dr. Song and staff are excellent! Dr. Song is caring and will listen to your concerns.
I’ve had several instances where the office was unexpectedly closed without advance notice to patients, which has been frustrating. Additionally, the woman at the front desk is often rude and unprofessional, which detracts from the overall patient experience. That said, I want to emphasize that Dr. Le is an outstanding physician, and the rest of the staff have been consistently kind, helpful, and professional.
