The people are very nice but their hours keep getting more and more cut back. Earlier closures, random days not open. Poor communication. Update: just requested to cancel all my future allergy shots. I have tried 3 times to come in this week - closed each time. Realize that this is a “me” problem for having a regular 9-5 job, but they’re not kidding : at 3:00 those doors are LOCKED - showed up at 3:01 and can’t get a shot.
Since this got taken over by private equity, it’s really tough to get help. But, the doctors/medical team are amazing and Nia at the front desk is also very helpful - she stayed with me on the phone for 40 minutes to sort through a medication issue.

I’ve had more luck catching a ghost than catching this place open. Trying to figure out if this place is open is more complicated than decoding a D.C. parking sign. You have to drive over just to decode a wall of “we're closed” flyers. If you do catch them open, prepare for the warmest welcome of a cactus. It’s a total factory-churn, and you’ll be waiting in that lobby until you’re ready to collect Social Security.
