You all did an amazing job with helping me. As one of those that hasn’t been in a while, you made me feel comfortable from the start. Built rapport to get to know me, explained each step before doing anything and helped me with my own fear. You took the time to listen to what that was and did everything correctly as I asked so, I would not have an episode out of fear. Thank you for giving me the courage to work through it. During my cleaning Mayra used a water pik type tool that had a very high pitched squeal / tone to it. I had to put my finger in my left ear several times to be able to handle the noise. The right ear was less of an issue. I asked Mayra if any of the equipment she was using was new or different as I had never had this issue there before. She said no. If no others are having this issue perhaps its me, but it was a problem. Hope this helps
This is the best dental office I have ever been to in the entire country. The phones are answered promptly and in person. The staff is extremely pleasant. Upon arrival there, wait times are minimal. Dr Frazelle is knowledgeable, talented, professional, personable and has kept my teeth looking fabulous for the past 11 years. There is never any pressure for extra expensive services and also there is never any pain involved. Patients are even offered a blanket when the office is chilly.
