I came to Wilmington in 1997 knowing no one. In searching for a dentist, I found Atlantic Dental Group and they treated me like family!....and they have for the past 25 years. I highly recommend them. I have never had a problem here. Thank you Atlantic Dental Group!

I’ve been a patient since approx 1996. The staff are so focused on giving the patient a positive experience. I’ve always been seen as soon as possible with a dental issue, especially pain. Everyone is kind and caring. I recommend this office to anyone who asks about dental care.
Love this group! Such friendly, helpful people that go the extra mile. Plus, the dental care is extraordinary & pain free. My childhood experiences with the dentist were scary & painful - now I actually enjoy my visits & that great feeling of clean, healthy teeth I have when I leave!

Staff, beginning at the front desk and extending to the hygienist were professional and courteous. As for dentist Dr. Barry Frazelle, he is a perfectionist! I'm pleased and amazed at his careful attention to detail. My rating is "Excellent!"

I’ve been going to Dr Frazelle for nearly 20 years. My teeth needed a lot of work. His staff has always been so kind and generous with all my dental needs. I never feel guilty because I haven been on a regular schedule with them. They always welcome me with love and respect. I also love the fact that Dr Frazelle is a spiritual doctor and that means SO much to me.
