Lengthy wait time to be seen. Staff struggles with communication clearly and effectively to new patients. I spoke with them and attempted to discuss my issues with being seen,And that instructions were not given as she mentioned. The front desk barely cared to hear me explain things and just wanted to rescheduled me for 2 months from now. She also said that her coworker explained everything to me the first time. This is the best place to go if you are an allergy sufferer. I have suffered with allergies for over 40 years. Allergy Partners of NOCO is the first place to be able to finally get me relief. I can breathe and live a normal life, I can enjoy the outdoors. Dr. Culver is amazing, the staff is kind and courteous. The office is always clean and professional. Checking in and out is a breeze with their online system, but a staff member is always there to help.
Super friendly staff and excellent care
Great experience! First time I've been to see an allergy specialist, might be the last, only because it turns out I don't need one. Don't have the allergies I thought I did. Praise the Lord! Anyways, the staff are great; front desk, nurses and the Dr! They're courteous, friendly, kind, helpful and prompt. Dr Culver is a gentleman, has a great sense of humor and takes time for you, he listens and wants to answer all your questions. Would definitely recommend! Thank you all! God bless! ♡
