My son had his first appointment there today. Dr. Lagos was very nice and I never felt like he was rushing the visit. He answered all of my questions/concerns. His nurse was awesome as well. I asked for a sprite for my three year old to drink after his medicine and they said they do not carry that, but then his nurse said she had one of her drinks that he could have! Friendly fast service
Dr Lagos is very knowledgeable and a patient friendly doctor. In just 6 weeks I finally understand my allergies and Asthma and how to treat and live with these issues. I can breath better now than I have for a very long time. Great staff of nurses and front office folks.
Most of the staff is very friendly. I had a nurse who was training yesterday and she was great. This was my first time seeing Ginny and I absolutely love her! She is just as friendly and knowledgeable as Toni. So glad that the practice hired another person to help them with the patient load. She could tell how miserable I was and was very kind and compassionate. Dr. Lagos is the best, too. I have been to several allergists and he’s by far the best. Best Dr office I have been to in a long time. Friendly staff and understanding
I love this Drs office and have never had a problem. However, today when I went for my son's checkup the receptionist at the front desk acted like she couldn't be bothered with me. I had to fill out some papers and when I went back to the window she was reading Cosmo magazine and just grabbed the clipboard out of my hand. When we went to leave and checked out she was on her phone and told me they would send me a card for his one year check up with an attitude. Dr. Lagos is awesome! My son outgrew his peanut allergy, and he seemed as happy as we were about it! :)
