From the minute I walked in the door, Alyssa made me feel welcome. I was impressed that the sheet you complete as a new patient is laminated. After they enter my data, the sheet is wiped clean for the next person and no paper is wasted. Such a cool idea. Ariel, Dr. Tinana’s Nurse, is very friendly and thorough. Talk about amazing customer service!! I am truly impressed with the ladies in this office. From the phone call to set-up an appointment, walking in as a new patient, seeing Dr. Tinana & her office manager to checking out was amazing! Great customer service with a friendly smile is so rare these days, it was much appreciated! Thank you ladies for making a concerned parent feel at ease after leaving the office!

Just make sure you are right on time. 4 mins makes a big difference no matter how far you drive to get to their clinic or any circumstances that cause the 4 min delay. NO EXCEPTIONS whatsoever...... I got the impression that patient retention is not a major concern
