Just wanted to drop a special shout out to an extremely hard-working individual that I encountered while waiting for my appointment her name is Carmen Cruz I noticed she was working with many patients and during that time kept her cool and handled everything Like a professional I always love to give credit where credit is due Austin allergies please give this person A high five and a raise, for going over and beyond I will definitely be returning thanks a lot Carmen!!!!
The front desk staff is actively unhelpful- regularly misunderstanding what you are asking for and telling you no instead of clarifying or checking. Getting accurate, helpful information is like pulling teeth. They don’t care if you are suffering because of their lack of information. It’s like they hate themselves, their jobs and you. This is the place to go if you suffer from terrible allergies in Austin. Dr Barstow really knows his stuff, and has incredible bedside manner. The staff were courteous, the office was clean, and I was in and out in an efficient manner.
Twice during the holidays they closed early or for the day and didn’t post their correct hrs online anywhere. Earlier in the month when I called in asking for hrs they pointed me to their site. Maybe should be more willing to give out hrs over the phone if you can’t post online. No respect for plz time.
